KidVoice Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: August 19, 2026

These Terms govern your access to the KidVoice website, voice generation tools, voice-cloning workflow, subscriptions, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service and its operator

KidVoice is the product name for the AI voice service available at kid-voices-ai.com. In these Terms, “KidVoice,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the person or legal entity that owns and operates that Service. If a legal seller is identified during checkout or on your receipt, that seller is the contracting party for that transaction.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@aiverser.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account, use the Service, or purchase a subscription. An adult may use the Service for a lawful project that involves a minor’s voice only with the authorization described below.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. AI voice generation

KidVoice converts text and, where selected, reference audio into generated speech. AI output may include pronunciation errors, artifacts, unexpected wording, or other inaccuracies. You must review output before publishing or relying on it.

The Service is a creative tool, not an identity-verification service or a source of legal, medical, financial, educational, or other professional advice. Features, models, limits, supported languages, and availability may change as the Service develops.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some features are free and others require credits or a paid plan. Prices, included usage, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout; KidVoice does not receive your complete payment-card number.

A recurring subscription renews until canceled. You may cancel through the account or billing portal made available with the Service. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your text, audio, and other inputs

“User Input” means text, reference audio, files, instructions, and other material you submit to the Service. You retain any rights you already hold in your User Input. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use it.

You may upload reference audio only if you are the speaker or have clear authorization from the speaker and any other required rights holder. For a voice associated with a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian or have documented authorization from the parent or legal guardian. A publicly available recording is not automatically authorized for voice cloning.

6. Limited license to process User Input

You grant KidVoice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, format, convert, and otherwise process User Input only as reasonably necessary to provide the generation you request, return your result, operate and secure the Service, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law.

This license allows us to make User Input available to the hosting, storage, workflow, and AI-inference providers that need it to perform the requested generation. Payment and authentication providers receive only the account, transaction, and technical information needed for their respective functions. This license does not give KidVoice the right to sell your reference audio, publish it as promotional content, use it in advertising, or license it for unrelated commercial use.

The standard generation workflow uses reference audio for inference; it does not submit that audio to a model-training endpoint. KidVoice does not use uploaded reference audio to train its own general-purpose or shared voice model. If we introduce an optional training feature, we will provide separate notice and obtain any affirmative consent required by law. This limited license ends when the relevant material is deleted from active systems or is no longer needed for the purposes above, subject to reasonable backup, security, dispute, and legal-retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy. Reference audio and generated audio are not kept as a permanent user media library and are normally deleted from active storage within 24 hours after generation is completed.

7. Generated output and permitted use

As between you and KidVoice, and to the extent permitted by law and the applicable model or provider terms, you may use generated output for personal or commercial projects where your plan permits. KidVoice does not claim ownership of your generated output.

AI output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar output. We do not guarantee that output is protectable by copyright, free from third-party rights, or suitable for a particular use. Your rights in output do not override rights in a real person’s voice, a performance, script, recording, character, trademark, or other protected material.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or defame anyone;
  • create false endorsements, fraudulent financial instructions, non-consensual intimate content, or misleading political content;
  • clone or imitate a recognizable person, performer, or protected character without the permissions required by law;
  • infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights;
  • bypass identity, authentication, safety, moderation, usage, payment, or access controls;
  • introduce malware, probe the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it through unauthorized automated means; or
  • engage in conduct that is illegal or creates a material risk of harm.

When realistic generated speech could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic recording, you must disclose that it was generated or altered with AI where required by law or necessary to avoid deception. Additional guidance appears on our Voice Safety page.

9. KidVoice materials

The Service, including its software, interface, design, brand assets, and original site content, is owned by or licensed to the Service operator. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. Reports of suspected infringement may be sent to support@aiverser.com with enough information for us to locate and evaluate the material.

10. Third-party services

KidVoice relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, workflow processing, AI inference, payments, security, and site measurement. Their systems may be subject to separate terms and may be unavailable or changed outside our control. Our use of these providers is further described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security threats, legal requirements, material violations of these Terms, or risks to users, third parties, or the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a particular result, or that every model or feature will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidVoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.

14. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your User Input, generated output, and the contexts in which you use or distribute them. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse KidVoice for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful User Input, your violation of another person’s rights, or a material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from KidVoice’s own conduct.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or risk controls. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights and the law requires notice. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.

16. General terms

Applicable law governs these Terms without overriding mandatory rights you have where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you and KidVoice agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve it by email. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives a right to bring a claim where such a waiver would be invalid.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent; we may transfer the Service and these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

17. Contact

Send legal, account, copyright, and service questions to support@aiverser.com. Please do not email identity documents or sensitive recordings unless our support team provides a secure method and specifically asks for them.
