Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
If you reach your plan's voice conversion or cloning limit, you can wait for the applicable allowance to reset or upgrade to a higher tier. You can monitor current usage from your account dashboard.
We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and are considered only for a confirmed fraudulent or account-takeover charge, or a charge made by KidVoice in error. Monthly subscriptions, partially used billing periods, and requests made after 7 days are otherwise non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete eligibility and request requirements.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

New registered users receive 20 starter credits, plus 10 daily free credits. Within the current free allowance, users can make up to 2 voice conversions and 2 voice clones, with up to 250 characters per transfer. The plan includes a limited AI kid voice selection, AI voice cloning, and unlimited audio downloads.
We take security seriously. All payment information is processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Yes, all paid plans include commercial usage rights. You can use the generated voices in your commercial projects, videos, podcasts, and other media without additional licensing fees.
When you switch to a different plan, your usage limits will be updated immediately. Unused credits from your previous plan do not carry over, but you'll start fresh with the new plan's allocation.
