KidVoice Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 6, 2026

This Policy explains how the operator of KidVoice collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit kid-voices-ai.com or use its voice generation, voice-cloning, account, and payment features.

1. Who is responsible for your data

KidVoice is the product name of the service available at kid-voices-ai.com. In this Policy, “KidVoice,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the person or legal entity that owns and operates that Service.

KidVoice is the controller of information collected for operating the website and consumer Service. Contact us at support@aiverser.com for privacy questions or requests. If a different legal seller is identified during checkout, that seller may also process transaction records as described at checkout or on your receipt.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed through the KidVoice website and Service. It does not govern a third-party website, model, payment page, or service that has its own privacy policy, although this Policy explains the main providers KidVoice uses.

3. Information we collect

Account information

We may collect your email address, display name, account identifier, authentication provider, profile image, login records, plan, credits, subscription status, and account preferences.

Voice and generation data

When you use voice tools, we process the script you enter, selected catalog voice, model and generation settings, workflow identifiers, generated audio, errors, timestamps, and related usage records. When you use voice cloning, we also process the reference audio you upload and a storage URL that allows the generation workflow to retrieve it.

A reference recording may contain personal information about the speaker. KidVoice does not use reference audio for biometric authentication or to determine a person’s identity.

Payment information

Our payment provider processes your payment-card and billing details. We receive transaction identifiers, product and price information, payment status, billing interval, and limited billing or tax information. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Device and usage data

We and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or session identifiers, timestamps, performance data, and security events.

Communications

If you contact support, submit feedback, report suspected misuse, or make a privacy request, we collect the message and the contact information and attachments you choose to provide.

4. Where information comes from

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from providers involved in login, payments, hosting, security, and generation. If you sign in through Google or another login provider, we receive the profile information that provider makes available under the permissions shown during sign-in.

5. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
  • upload reference audio, run generation workflows, deliver results, and preserve available account or workflow history;
  • calculate credits, process purchases, and manage subscriptions;
  • provide support and respond to privacy or misuse reports;
  • monitor reliability, debug errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
  • understand aggregate use and improve the Service; and
  • comply with law and protect users, third parties, and the Service.

6. How reference audio is processed

Reference audio is uploaded to cloud object storage and made available by URL to the KidVoice workflow service. The workflow sends the reference audio, your script, and generation settings to an AI-inference provider to create the requested speech. Workflow records may retain the script, reference-audio URL, model settings, status, and result information.

The current storage flow returns a link-addressable file URL. The file name contains a random component, but a person or system that obtains the exact URL may be able to retrieve the recording. Do not share that URL. KidVoice provides it to the workflow and inference services only to perform the generation you request.

KidVoice does not sell reference audio, use it for advertising, publish it as promotional material, or license it for unrelated commercial use. The standard generation workflow uses reference audio for inference and does not submit it to a model-training endpoint. KidVoice does not use uploaded reference audio to train its own general-purpose or shared voice model. If we introduce an optional training feature, we will provide separate notice and obtain any affirmative consent required by law. Providers process data under their terms and our arrangements with them, including technical, security, and service records needed to operate their services.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, complete a transaction, protect the Service, comply with law, or complete a business transfer. The main provider categories and current providers include:

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when we reasonably believe it is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. If the Service is reorganized, financed, sold, or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain each category of information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining available account or workflow history, support, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

  • Account and subscription records are generally retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for security, accounting, and legal purposes.
  • Reference audio may remain in cloud storage after generation so the workflow can operate and available results can be supported. It may remain until you request deletion or we remove it under our operational retention process.
  • Workflow records may retain scripts, reference-audio URLs, settings, status, and result information for account history, support, billing, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Payment and tax records are retained for the periods required by financial and tax law.
  • Security logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to fraud, abuse, and incident investigation.

Deselecting a reference clip in the browser, closing an output panel, or clearing local browser state does not delete the server-side copy. KidVoice does not currently provide an in-product control for deleting stored reference audio. To make a deletion request, email support@aiverser.com. We will verify the request, identify the covered records, and delete or de-identify information where required by applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions and the technical retention practices of our providers. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until they are overwritten.

10. International processing

KidVoice and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different privacy laws from your home country. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard for restricted international transfers.

11. Cookies and site measurement

KidVoice uses cookies and similar storage for login sessions, security, preferences, subscription state, and basic site operation. In production, Google Tag Manager and services configured through it may process cookie, device, and usage data for site measurement. You can restrict cookies in your browser, although account and payment features may stop working.

We do not use uploaded reference audio for advertising or audience targeting. We do not sell reference audio for money.

12. Children and voices of minors

The account Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly permit a person under 18 to create an independent account. If you believe a minor created an account without appropriate adult involvement, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

An adult may submit a voice associated with a minor only when the adult is the parent or legal guardian or has documented authorization from the parent or legal guardian. The adult account holder is responsible for ensuring that the upload, generation, and intended use are lawful and in the minor’s interests. Additional rules appear in our Terms and Voice Safety guidance.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising uses; and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy or data-protection authority.

Send a request from the email associated with your account to support@aiverser.com. Describe the account and data involved. We may verify your request using your existing account or a confirmation link. Do not send a government ID or sensitive recording unless we specifically provide a secure method and ask for it. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.

14. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the Service. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of a recording.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or our practices. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required for a material change. A new use of reference audio that requires consent will not be applied retroactively without the required consent.

16. Contact us

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, and suspected voice misuse, email support@aiverser.com.
